出生队列妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)亚队列
妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）是指在妊娠阶段首次发生或发现的任何程度的糖耐量异常，但不包括原有糖尿病患者怀孕。GDM对母亲及所生孩子都有很大影响，如产后2型糖尿病、先兆子痫、早产、首次剖宫产、羊水过多、宫腔内感染、大于胎龄儿、高胆红素血症及新生儿低血糖等。
一、目的
建立出生队列GDM亚队列，关注GDM孕妇的妊娠结局及其子代的健康相关问题。
二、研究对象
1. 纳入标准
1）诊断为GDM，尚未分娩的孕妇
2） 在我院分娩
3）在广州市长期居住
2. 排除标准
1）本次孕期已参与广州市出生队列研究项目，且未退组的孕妇
2）在怀孕前已诊断为糖尿病的孕妇
三、研究时间
1. 预试验：2014年2月10日-2014年2月28日
2. 正式开展阶段：2014年3月
四、随访策略
1.20-28周间入组，要求入组时完成GDM-Q1G问卷，在24-28周完成Q2问卷，并留取大便样本，35周后完成Q3问卷
2. 29周以后入组，要求入组时完成Q1G问卷，在35周后完成Q3问卷
3. 分娩后的随访与队列一致

Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Sub-group
gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a condition in which women without previously diagnosed diabetes exhibit high blood glucose (blood sugar) levels during pregnancy. GDM has a great impact on maternal and children’s health, such as postpartum type 2 diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, preterm birth, cesarean section, hydramnios, intrauterine infection, LGA, hyperbilirubinemia and neonatal hypoglycemia.
Aim
GDM as the subgroup of BIGCS, focusing on the pregnancy outcome and spring health of the GDM women.
Participants
1.Inclusion criteria
1) Pregnant women who diagnosed as GDM
2) Plan to delivery in Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center
3）Living in Guangzhou。
2. Exclusion criteria
1) Women who has been Joined BIGCS during this pregnancy.
2) Diagnosed as diabetes mellitus before pregnancy.
Period
1. Pilot study: Feb. 10 2014-Feb. 28 2014
2. Formal stage: beginning at Mar 2014
Follow up strategy
1. If join in GDM group between 20 and 28 gestational weeks, the participants should finish questionnaire GDM-Q1G at the same time, finish questionnaire Q2 and collect stool samples between 24-28 gestatioanl weeks, finish questionnaire Q3 between 35 weeks and delivery.
2. If join in GDM group after 29 gestational weeks, the participants should finish questionnaire GDM-Q1G at the same time, and questionnaire Q3 between 35 weeks and delivery.
3. The other strategies are keep the same as BIGCS.
